Riding in on the New Year Horse is a new Assistant Instructor MESHACH.
Meshach joined us year ago to study Sun style and utilising Tai Chi as a community aid to health for all ages and ability. He came to us with many practising years of experience including Conventional Boxing, Aikido, Karate, Kung Fu, Qi Gong and Chen and Yang style Tai Chi, and has proved to be a welcome big asset to us at Crystal T’ai Chi and we thank him for accepting this new role.
