All lessons will be integrated to accommodate seating or standing ability and suitable for all ages - active/fit to disabled.
This class will provide an appreciation of the concepts and ideals of T’ai Chi and Qi Gong applied in a health improvement context and teach you to perform as a group, a minimum of 12 movements of basic Form and two Qi Gong routines.
