T’ai Chi Programs for Care Homes
There are many examples around the world illustrating how T’ai Chi can benefit residents in care homes.
We are currently carrying out a program in local care homes and have been amazed at the enjoyment and movement extension experienced by those who join in.
All levels are accommodated in the sessions, which include moderately fit, stroke, Parkinson’s and dementia patients.

......Hazelhurst Care Home was winner of “Care Home Support Team’s Older People’s Day Award” for October. This was in recognition of the Chinese Day; a Chinese meal, followed by a display of Tai Chi by Trevor and Julie, our teachers. Thank you!
