There are many people who would like to try T’ai Chi, but lack the confidence to visit a session for a taster to see if it suits them..

 

There are some who would prefer to experience T’ai Chi privately or with a small group of close friends.

 

There are also those who just require a little extra tuition to supplement knowledge gained from other classes or teachers.

 

Trevor can provide private session on any of the regular and modified forms for health that he normally teaches.

If T’ai Chi  is a new experience for you we recommended that you allow 2 hours for the first explanatory and introductory session.

 

Private sessions are subject to a suitable level area/location being available, and typically priced at a £25 hourly rate.

Profit-making and charity events - rates subject to negotiation
Travelling time is normally charged pro-rata outside a 10 mile radius of Longhope.
